We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Migration Program Manager**

We're embarking on a critical initiative to migrate our existing customer base from an older to a soon-to-be-retired platform. This migration is vital to ensure seamless integration, security, and potential for future expansion. We seek a highly skilled Migration Program Manager to drive this process through collaboration with product teams, partners, and global stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with the product team to establish a prioritized roadmap of customer migrations, considering business objectives and technical requirements
- Develop a comprehensive execution plan to facilitate migration activities in partnership with internal and external teams
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee all aspects of the migration program, including timeline development, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget management
- Implement robust reporting processes to track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- **Partner Management**:

- Lead the identification, onboarding, and enablement of suitable partners to support migration activities
- Establish clear expectations, manage partner relationships, and ensure delivery on partner commitments
- **Global Coordination**:

- Orchestrate migration efforts across diverse geographic regions, demonstrating sensitivity to local business needs and cultural differences
- Ensure timely and consistent communications and collaboration with teams worldwide

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program/project management within a technology or software development environment
- Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of cloud technologies
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for tailoring messaging for various audiences, technical and non-technical
- Ability to build strong partnerships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational structures
- **Mindset**:

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on delivering tangible outcomes

**KPIs/MBOs**
- Successful landing of migration plans inclusive of target customers and outline of anticipated % of migrations
- Identified 8-10 partners per geography to participate in migration program and monthly plans for execution, tracking progress and outline of progress
