**Responsibilities**:
The Scrum Master is a role within an Agile software development team that focuses on technical practices, tools, and processes. The Technical Scrum Master works closely with the development team to ensure that the team is following Agile principles and best practices, and that the team is able to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.
- Ensuring that the team is following Agile processes and practices, including Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitating communication between team members, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure that everyone has a clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and requirements.
- Helping the team identify and address technical challenges that arise during development, including issues with code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Ensuring that the team is using appropriate tools and technologies, and that they are using them effectively.
- Helping the team continuously improve their development process through regular retrospectives and other feedback mechanisms.

Overall, the scrum master plays a critical role in ensuring that the development team is able to work effectively and efficiently, and that they are able to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of the business.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Excellent experience using Jira
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills

**Preferred**
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
- Scrum master certification
