Gestionar las comunidades digitales y redes sociales, siendo el enlace y canal principal para promover una imagen positiva de la empresa hacia el marcado global.

Funciones principales:
Estrategias y campañas de promoción y difusión digital, creación de contenido grafico, textual y audiovisual de manera semanal y reportar avances a su jefe directo, dinamizar el contenido digital de acuerdo a la estrategia general de la organización en las diferentes redes sociales, generar comunicación digital para establecer relaciones con la comunidad, clientes y usuarios interesados, así como, dar respuesta a mensajes y comentarios de manera continua, estar al tanto de las ultimas tendencias y términos legales para la creación de contenido que maneje mensaje inclusivo y perspectiva de genero con enfoque de respeto por los derechos humanos y medio ambiente, identificar a los influencers y lideres de opinión para establecer relación con ellos, acudir a eventos organizados por la empresa para la transmisión en vivo en nuestras redes sociales.

Conocimientos:
Habilidad y conocimiento en el manejo de Google Ads, conocimiento básico en photoshop e ilustrator, experiência con atención a clientes, extrema habilidad ortográfica y gramatical, conocimiento en marketing tradicional y digital, así como, en el funcionamiento de las principales redes sociales (facebook e instagram), paciencia y capacidad de respuesta para solucionar conflictos y mantener siempre la buena imagen de la empresa, manejo intermedio de ingles.

Educación:

- Licenciatura trunca o en curso (Deseable)
