Provides office support to internal and external sales executives and relationship managers. Engages in sales related activities in close partnership with sales executives.

Provides office support to internal and external sales executives and relationship managers. Engages in sales related activities in close partnership with sales executives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in populating and auditing client and prospect databases.
- Respond to routine or lower complexity inquiries from potential and current clients.
- Support sales executives with various administrative and client follow-up requests to enable them to maximize external client and prospect engagement.
- Coordinate sales meetings, events, and other logistics for sales-related activities.
- Gather metrics for data analysis.
- Research solutions to client needs and analyze performance data and market data.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

**What it takes**:

- One year of related work experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
