**FUNCIONES**
- Responsable de recibir las órdenes de compra de los clientes
- Realizar el seguimiento de la producción de cada pedido hasta que se entrega al cliente.
- Mantenerse en contacto con clientes nuevos y antiguos para aumentar la comunicación y comprender las necesidades del cliente.
- Recibir las quejas de los clientes y la información que transmiten la información relevante a los departamentos pertinentes
- Buen servicio al cliente
