On-site- Job Purpose:
- To support the Human Resources department in daily operations and assist in the execution of HR processes such as onboarding, life cycle support, terminations & administrative tasks. To support the ASkHR team in delivering efficient and accurate HR administrative services, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while gaining hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment.**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support the processing of HR transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
- Help maintain digital and physical employee records in accordance with data privacy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery
- Assist in generating reports and metrics for HR operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Shared Services team.

**What We're Looking For**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
