- Perform configuration and deployment activities for high complexity projects
- Major incident and Problem Management Support
- Provide support for management escalations, prioritizing the technical resolution within the team.
- Develop, enhance and test tools for Websphere / Weblogic / TomCat / OFM / IHS / OHS / Apache platforms globally
- Design, build, configure and test Websphere / Weblogic / TomCat / OFM / IHS / OHS / Apache technologies across CTI.
- Perform maintenance and support for Global Websphere / Weblogic / TomCat / OFM / IHS / OHS / Apache
- Work with CATE and product management group to manage capacity and inventory in environment
- Provide L3 oversight and direction to global audit/risk/compliance projects/initiatives in addition to EOL and product lifecycle support
- Ensure that all technology provisions and deployment meet technology standards and quality assurance
- Sign-off on project requirements and educate business personnel on available technologies
- Act as a Technical Architect Representative (TAR) for Websphere / Weblogic / TomCat / OFM / IHS / OHS / Apache, participating in the creation of design specification and operational documentation
