Give technical support to our colleagues onsite in Cadorago as well as partly in the European Distribution Center Network and take part in optimization, automation and maintenance processes.

**Job Description**:
**What we can offer you - Your Role**:
Activities may include, but are not limited to:

- Maintains knowledge and good understanding about plant/equipment and its conditions.
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting, based on work orders.
- Monitor plant/equipment to ensure optimal setting up, work with Quality to minimize defects and reworks.
- Monitor plant/equipment to ensure optimal operation, work with Production to minimize waste and unplanned downtime.
- Monitor plant/equipment to ensure safety operation, work with EHS to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
- Develop and implement improvements to minimize downtime for line change and cleaning.
- Support plant/equipment installation and startup.

**Qualifications**:
**What we expect from you - Your Expertise**:

- Degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- +5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering or technical field, preferable in the Electronic Industry.
- English intermediate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Operation of maintenance shop machinery (desired)
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, including AutoCAD or SolidWorks (desired)
