**Ford Pro Service Champ (Coordinator)**

**Descripción del Puesto**
- Coordinar las actividades y los procesos asociados al área de Ford Pro Service que está enfocada en el servicio de atención de flotas en 2 programas principales:

- **Fleet Care**: Programa de facturación consolidada de Partes y Servicio para clientes comerciales.
- Recibir y analizar las solicitudes de nuevos clientes que estén interesados en participar en el programa.
- Soportar al _CVs & Fleet Aftersales Manager _en los puntos de contacto del cliente cuando estos presenten consultas, reclamos o alguna otra necesidad relacionada a este programa.
- Manejo de bases de datos del programa, alta y baja de vehículos de flota.
- Mantenimiento de información en portal FMCDealer cara a diustribuidores sobre programas, imágenes y/o documentación.

**Requerimientos**
- **Licenciatura en último año de curso**:

- **Ingeniería o Administración de Negocios**
- Ingles 100% Fluido y Conversación de Negocios
- Capacidad de análisis, habilidades de comunicación y negociación
- Proactividad y organización
- **Servicio a Flotas**:

- Soportar a los ingenieros de campo para dar asistencia al Cliente Comercial relacionado con el mantenimiento de su flota o temas de producto que requieren atención PostVenta.
- Soporte en la actualización de documentación en portales a clientes y distribuidores en los procesos de negocios, manuales y políticas necesarias.
