**Requerimientos Indispensables**
- Proporcionar soporte de ingeniería a los procesos de manufactura en el área asignada y/o las líneas de producción existentes en las diferentes unidades de negocio, con el fin de cumplir los requisitos de seguridad, metas de fabricación, especificaciones del producto y estándares de calidad establecidos por la empresa.- Microsoft office (nível intermedio)
- Experiência en el área de ingeniería o calidad en empresa manufacturera.
- Conocimiento en toma de tiempos y definición de estándares de producción.
- Deseable conocimientos básicos en Minutab, PFMEA, 8D´s, SPC y PPAPS.

**Actividades y Responsabilidades**
- Desarrollar documentación para la manufactura de productos, definición del proceso y sistema de trabajo (instrucción de trabajo, check list, bitácoras, etc).
- Realizar la toma de tiempos para definir capacidades y balanceo de líneas.
- Colaborar en los proyectos de reducción de costos e iniciativas de mejoras del departamento de ingeniería en conjunto compras y calidad.
- Contribuir en el plan de instalación, validación y análisis de compra de nuevos equipos.
- Participar en el diseño, selección de materiales y realización de reportes que requiere el producto.
- Supervisar la calidad del producto en cada una de sus fases de producción.
- Realizar la captura de documentos, bitácoras y/o reportes controlados aplicables al puesto.
- Mantener el estándar de 5’S en la estación de trabajo asignada.
- Cumplir de las disposiciones generales aplicables a todos los trabajadores, tales como:

- Conducirse con respeto, tolerancia, inclusión, ética y buena comunicación con todos los integrantes del equipo de trabajo, propiciando un entorno organizacional favorable.
- Acatar los lineamientos éticos, técnicos y de seguridad de la empresa.
- (Reglamentos, códigos, políticas, protocolos, procedimientos, acuerdos, etc.)- Desempeñarse con seguridad y reportar de inmediato cualquier acto o condición insegura que se identifique.
