**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a smart, innovative, and web-savvy **Social Media Specialist** to join our growing team. You will be the go-to expert for setting up and managing clients’ social media profiles, local search listings, and complementary tools like online booking and review management. Your work will play a vital role in building a strong local presence for our clients and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide clients through Social Media onboarding and training via phone and webinars.
- Set up and manage client social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and local search listings.
- Write and schedule engaging social media content for client pages.
- Monitor trends and best practices across social media platforms and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Research platform updates and collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet current standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of social media programs using appropriate metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand language.
- Maintain and create documentation and internal knowledge base resources.
- Support additional marketing product setup and optimization as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong computer skills and understanding of web-based technologies.
- Expertise in social media platforms and tools including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and social media management platforms like Hootsuite or SOCI.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Self-starter with strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

Knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, and CSS is a plus.

Pay: From $13,500.00 per month
