**Your Impact Will Include**:

- Supervising and guaranteeing the accuracy and compliance of all financial records, including transaction processing and account reconciliations.
- Developing and preparing timely and accurate financial reports that inform key business decisions.
- Overseeing core accounting and controlling processes, ensuring strict adherence to financial and tax regulations.
- Engaging cross-functionally with business units to gather data and perform financial analyses on variations, trends, and patterns, enabling precise forecasting.
- Maintaining effective communication with departments like Customer Success, Purchasing, Materials, Production, and Engineering to facilitate account reconciliations and manage operational and capital expenses, aligning financial goals.
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Controlling.
- Performing detailed analyses of logistics costs, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency, while considering global market dynamics.
- Providing essential support for month-end closings and conducting thorough monthly analyses of accounting ledgers.
- Following up on cost reduction initiatives and assessing their financial implications.
- Contributing significantly to the enhancement and development of financial models used for operational analysis and strategic planning.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Advanced user of SAP, particularly finance modules
- **Advanced level of English**:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros usage and design, etc)
- Dynamic
