Design and improve business processes by transforming current state flowcharts (developed in Visio) into final, user-centric solutions. This role involves creating comprehensive knowledge base articles that enhance the user experience by streamlining access to essential service information and reducing consultation time. In addition to processing documentation, you will lead process improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, along with advanced graphical tools.

**Responsibilities and functions**:

- Process Analysis and Redesign: Evaluating existing workflows and reengineering processes to optimize operational efficiency.
- Project Leadership: Managing and executing continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery of measurable outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with diverse teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable changes.
- Documentation and Communication: Developing detailed process documentation, including flowcharts and visual aids, that facilitate clear understanding and adoption of best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Scholarship: Engineering Degree
- English: Upper intermediate
- Computer knowledge: Intermediate - Excel, Power Point, Visio
- Experience: 1 Years of experience in similar positions
- Skills: Attention to detail, communication, work under pressure
