**Position**:
Market Intelligence Analyst

The Global ECS Marketing team is seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst to support the global business with internal and external data and insights. In this role, you will be instrumental in researching, analyzing, and presenting insights to create opportunities that drive Arrow's business and marketing strategies.

As part of the Customer Insights and Analytics team, you will lead competitive intelligence efforts and support market research initiatives to better understand competitors, enhance customer experiences, and differentiate our marketing efforts. Your strategic insights will be crucial in guiding our marketing strategies and driving business growth.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Conduct and analyze primary and secondary research to develop actionable insights. This includes monitoring competitor announcements, financial reports, and industry and financial analyst research to build a comprehensive understanding of market strategies, offerings, and performance.
- Regularly prepare and present global technology market trends and competitive opportunities to global leadership, key stakeholders, and customers.
- Analyze market and business research to generate insights and identify marketing target opportunities and prospect targets that drive business growth.
- Develop, execute, and maintain market research reports and PowerBI dashboards to visualize market and business data.
- Understand and manage the relationship between Eloqua and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data synchronization and field mapping.
- Identify and troubleshoot system integration issues, recommending innovative solutions to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the Global ECS Marketing team to maintain lists and contribute to overall marketing database hygiene. Identify opportunities for list automation.
- Optimize business reporting in PowerBI, define key performance metrics, and prepare relevant dashboards and PowerPoint to share results with the marketing team and senior management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners and stakeholders.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Sciences or equivalent work experience.
- ** Experience**: 4+ years of experience with marketing data, business data, data visualization and data governance, with a preference for PowerBI.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency with data visualization tools (PowerBI) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Understanding of data governance, data integrity, and relational databases.
- ** Data Management**: Strong abilities in data management and project management.
- ** Marketing Knowledge**: B2B marketing background with detailed knowledge of marketing data and processes. Experience working with market research analyst firms. Experience working in IT distribution is preferred.
- ** People Skills**: Collaborative, enthusiastic about data and marketing. Solid understanding of the latest industry trends and tools. Foster a collaborative ecosystem environment with internal teams, suppliers and channel partners

**Experience / Education**

Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
