**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Interpret verbal communication accurately during meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.
- Ensure that translated materials maintain the style, tone, and context of the original content.
- Collaborate with colleagues to clarify translation queries and ensure accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and linguistic nuances in both Spanish and Mandarin.
- Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure grammatical correctness and readability.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in both Spanish and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience as a translator or interpreter, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Certifications in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in translation software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to linguistic nuances.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
