As a BPA Sr. Analyst, Digital Health supporting the Digital Health organization, you will be trusted to work on financial planning and analysis, project tracking, and business partnering at our Mexico City location.

IN THIS ROLE, A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:

- Collaborating with Digital Health leaders and PMOs to monitor project tracking, purchase orders, and internal orders to ensure accurate reporting.
- Supporting month-end close activities, including accruals, prepaids, and CAPEX reporting, ensuring compliance with timelines and accounting guidelines.
- Preparing and analyzing financial data for planning cycles, such as Targets, QBR, forecasts, and Strategic Plans, to drive business and financial decisions.
- Driving continuous process improvement and automation, improving efficiency through the development of financial reports and processes.
- Supporting the BPA Manager Digital Health with deliverables, template designs, and ad-hoc analyses.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role.
- Exceptional numerical and analytical skills, including proficiency with data tools and advanced Excel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with creativity and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of SAP, BI, and PowerPoint, with the adaptability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A proactive communication style and the ability to foster strong relationships with business partners.
