- Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Engineer, Automation Engineer role involves_

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Establish technical manuals, drawings, models, training documentation, preventative maintenance plans and troubleshooting guides for automated equipment and automated processes._
- _ Understand the machine operating principle, Consequence of wear and tear parts and product Defects_
- _ Ensure the uptime of machines through regular preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance_
- _ Should be willing to learn & enhance the skill in all type of Automation equipment._
- _ Should prepare why-why analysis & drive for permanent corrective actions._
- _ Should be able to give feedback to improve the design of process and equipment._
- _ Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs_
- _ Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function._
- _ Collaborates and offers input to planning, building, and maintaining the Automation framework and associated processes for new products._
- _ Identifies and drives change to ensure automation effectiveness of existing processes._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ Experience as software development engineer in electronics manufacturing industry_
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Experience with design (mechanical and electric)_
- _ Relevant experience with _as software development_
- _ Intermediate English_
