- Be a role model in safety performance and promote HSEQ initiatives and activities
- In collaboration with the BU Facilities Manager ensure right capabilities for the various stages of the project
- Responsible for delivering engineering deliverables throughout project delivery (from FEED, detailed engineering fabrication and installation)
- Technically responsible for construction field activities with personnel in charge
- Ensure that engineering is performed in accordance with applicable standards and functional specifications
- Provide input to schedule planning and cost estimating
- Contribute to project risk & opportunity register and workshops and follow up actions
- Technical focal point for internal project review activities
- Provide necessary support to procurement in preparation of ITT for execution phase and support tender process until CA
- Technical focal for contract management of service providers
- Provide input to and execution of activities as per the project quality & assurance plan
- Opportunities to evolve with the project.

- Relevant experience of active involvement in medium to large size facilities on
- and offshore projects in Mexico and/or internationally
- Experience in both early phase and execution of facilities projects
- Experience in interacting with business partners
- Team player, able to work within a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team
- Highly motivated to learn from others
- Self-driven and strong problem-solving capacities
- Detail-oriented with focus on reaching the tasks and objectives
- Proficient in English and Spanish (written & spoken)
- Enthusiastic, open and driven individual with strong HSEQ and leadership skills.
