**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Responsible to the management of the compensation and benefits plan and administration of salary structure. Implementation of new strategies. Support the Sr HR Manager and HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies and procedures according to the company policies. Responsible of the follow up of labor law and new changes to accomplish federal labor regulations related to compensations and benefits. Responsible of the compensations and benefits plan through the salary structure of the company and the social security plan. Responsible to development & implement the annual salary increases strategies. Responsible to review and approve salary analysis for offers to new hirings and be an advisor for new recruitment strategies related with compensation & benefits. Managers and Supervisors advisor on compensations analysis and new positions based on salary structure and internal equity. Responsible to generate reports that allow to make recommendations to the management, evaluate the market data and detect significant trends for adjustments.
**Experiência y requisitos**
- Education: Business Bachelor’s degree or related career/experience or related - Previous: + 5 years in similar position in maquiladora industry
- English level: Advanced
- MS Office: Advanced
