As a call center representative (Sales, Retention, or Customer Service), you will assist and educate customers on our products and services. You will be utilizing your excellent communication skills while providing a superior customer experience to your prospective clients.

**Responsibilities**:
- Answer inbound calls regarding services, accounts, billing assistance, Retention, inbound sales, and outbound sales
- Deliver an outstanding customer service experience
- Utilize multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Comply with all operational policies and procedures
- High degree of accuracy with all work and exceptional attention to detail
**Job Requirements**:
- Must speak Fluent English
- Must have a good work history and positive attendance
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
