**Main responsibilities**:

- Monitor, manage, and optimize paid search, social, and other online media accounts.
- Analyze campaign performance and create reports from the analytics dashboard, google, and Fb ads
- Improve campaign performance; identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing, etc.).
- Work with the Marketing Analytics team on campaign analysis.
- Promote creative improvement and lead programs to expected ROAS with an understanding of acquisition cost, retention, and lifetime value.
- Provide feedback and insights on how existing processes may be improved.
- Work with the team to ensure compliance with all data privacy or data security of client-sensitive information, other policies governing client transactions, and local (host country) relevant laws.
- Attend coaching sessions to foster a culture of learning and openness.
- Participate in Employee Engagement activities.

**Requirements**:

- GTM (Google Tag Manager)
- AdWords (Display Advertising, Shopping, and Remarketing)
- Facebook Ads platform and social paid strategies.
- Experience in evaluating campaign performance from different analytics dashboards for data analysis
- LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Tiktok.
- Strong communication skills, and excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- Experience managing large budgets across multiple campaigns.
- 3+ years’ experience in digital advertising experience.
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
