**This position reports to**:
Regional Sales & Service Controller BLA

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process automation Finance Function in Mexico You will be mainly accountable for: - Work with local controlling, sales, and operations team to understand and analyze drivers of financial performance and identify trends. - Validates accuracy of financial data and business information by performing reconciliations and review of exceptions. - Support and participate in the preparation of the relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. - Follow up on key financial KPIs such as AR overdue, inventory, and profitability performance, and work with controllers to establish and/or optimize local review processes to improve financial performance. - Perform internal control activities in line with ABB’s group guidelines and policies. Support the controller in ensuring processes and controls within the business operations are designed and implemented in line with the group and unit requirements. **Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting and business administration, with minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis under a corporate environment.
- Demonstrates strong problem solving and communication skills.
