On-site Svc Rep

To perform a variety of on-site customer service duties to support efficient preparation of packaging, loading, and transporting of customer’ shipments to U.S. domestic FedEx origination location from international location; responds to customer’s needs including product, service, and shipping information; and identifies problems and resolutions to ensure quality customer service._x000D_ _x000D_ Provides on-site customer support by answering customer inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements. Prepares labeling for all packages that will be ground-shipped to U.S. domestic FedEx locations for FedEx distribution in the U.S. Coordinates loading of shipments at customer’s location to meet customer’s shipping schedules and requirements.
High school degree/Equivalent. Previous experience in customer service and familiarity with FedEx products and services preferred. Excellent human relations and organizational skills required. Basic PC skills required. Flexibility to work different shifts required. Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred. Proficiency in English required.
