- Description & RequirementsInfor is looking for a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for working closely with the Accounting Management team and overseeing the day-to-day functions of the Royalty and Commission accounting teams. The Senior Accountant must have advanced accounting and finance understanding of “generally accepted accounting principles” with special focus on the royalty and/or commission accounting functions. This includes a requirement to create and deliver a variety of accounting results or reports to senior management, engage in issue assessment and resolution and finally designing and implementing process and procedures as required to meet company objectives.

A Day In the Life Typically Includes:

- Setup and/or complete vendor contract or GL account reconciliations.
- Assist with systems integration and testing projects.
- Produce financial reports from a variety of data sources to identify expected results such as trending (anomalies, YOY comparison, cost expectations, etc.), margin growth/decline and partner performance.
- Assimilate data for presentation to management for financial or business review.
- Participate in the development and/or implementation of processes to ensure compliance, use of best practices and identify inefficiencies.
- Assist, oversee or lead department projects required to ensure the proper accounting and management of the Royalty and Commissions accounting functions.

Basic Qualifications:

- Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, data validation and formula creation).
- Project management experience.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Accounting degree preferred.
