**Descripción del Puesto**:
Buscamos un/a **Engineer for Computer Vision AI** que se integre a nuestro equipo para desarrollar e implementar soluciones de **Inteligencia Artificial y Visión por Computadora**, enfocadas en el análisis avanzado de imágenes y video para procesos de inspección de calidad.

La posición colaborará de forma cercana con áreas de ingeniería, TI y calidad para asegurar el correcto diseño, implementación y optimización de modelos de Machine Learning y Deep Learning.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar, implementar y optimizar modelos de **Machine Learning / Deep Learning** para aplicaciones de visión por computadora.
- Desarrollar soluciones de análisis de imágenes y video para sistemas automatizados de inspección de calidad.
- Implementar el flujo completo de inspección con IA: recolección de datos, preprocesamiento, almacenamiento, entrenamiento y despliegue de modelos.
- Integrar los modelos de IA en herramientas utilizadas por ingenieros de calidad.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios y usuarios finales para desarrollar soluciones personalizadas de analítica de datos.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura o Maestría en **Ciencias de la Computación, Machine Learning** o carrera afín.
- Experiência o conocimientos en al menos una de las siguientes áreas:

- Visión por Computadora
- Procesamiento de Imágenes / Video
- Machine Learning / Deep Learning
- Experiência en bases de datos **SQL o NoSQL**.
- Dominio de al menos un lenguaje de programación**:Python, R o C/C++**.
- Experiência con frameworks de Deep Learning como **TensorFlow, Keras o PyTorch**.
- Manejo de librerías y herramientas como **OpenCV, NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn**.

**Habilidades**:

- Pensamiento analítico y orientación a la solución de problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes áreas y perfiles técnicos.
- Comunicación efectiva y enfoque a resultados.
