The FIAT team is looking for a Head of Payments Operations to lead the new initiatives and build and develop the product further. This will be an exciting opportunity to explore the Fiat crypto adoption into everyday life and together with the team you will build one-of-a-kind innovative products to make a real difference in people’s lives. To succeed in this role, you should have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution skill, you are a well experienced, data driven, and problem-solver with a passion for the crypto industry, ideally with knowledge on the LatAm payment/fintech market landscape.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage/own operational relationship with key payments partner in Mexico, driving their roadmap and outcomes to create best in class customer experiences for our customers
- Partner with the PMs, Product, and Tech to drive innovation and constantly improve the user experience
- Support launches of new payment options and partner onboarding
- Manage and develop an expanding virtual team to operate 24x7x365 support and payments system processes
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and performance benchmark
- Contribute requirements and insight to create world class products and processes to operate a global online payment platform
- Identify operational gaps in new offerings and set operational requirements for new projects
- Performing ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations as requested

**Requirements**:
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with either a payments processor, issuing bank and/or fintech payments company is strongly preferred
- 7+ years experience in similar role/ experience Program Manager
- Great influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize critical work and manage expectations, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast paced and growth orientated environment
- Strong work ethic, good judgment, initiative and attention to detailAbility to understand how the business operates and the commercial upstream and downstream activities
- Strong research, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- The ability to represent the company and brand excellently
- Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
- English and Spanish Business level or native
