Plans, organizes, directs and reports on all supplier quality-related activities to assure fulfillment of contract/purchase order requirements. Assures that customer quality-imposed requirements are adhered to by supplier and that a quality system is maintained. Conducts programs designed to improve supplier performance and productivity through training and coordination of various quality assurance efforts. Prepares, maintain and reviews procurement quality assurance procedures to assure compliance with customer and/or government requirements. Reviews and analyzes corrective action reports and purchase orders in an effort to reduce and eliminate defects. Monitors quality control activities and systems at supplier and subcontractor facilities and maintains feedback loops. May also audit third party manufactures, due diligence and vendor selection process.

Experiência y requisitos
- Development and maintenance of inspection plans for materials and sub-assemblies of external providers. - Review, Inspection and approval of supplier’s first articles inspection reports (FAIRs) - Feedback to suppliers about quality performance and administration of ESCARs - Support to the receiving inspection personnel and training - Support with the QMS audits and its sustainment - Follow up with chronic suppliers leading meeting and conducting on site visits - Administration of the MRB locations - Maintenance to the Supply Chain Portal (supplier profiles, notifications, standards, scorecard) Engineering degree, 5 years’ experience in similar positions and manufacturing environment. FAI AS9102, AS9100 and /or ISOTS16949 proficiency, Core Tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP) proven knowledge, use of measurement equipment and GD&T skills, Internal Auditor, Strong problem-solving abilities, Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Fluent English written and spoken, Negotiation skills and demonstrated Team work, MS and Minitab tools use.
