The LAO SC Intern will be learning and supporting the activities related to MIS, invoicing and governance on the implementation of action plans of multiple operational and administrative processes related to administration of the Service Center.

- Support the implementation of a pre-defined action plan during the year, ensuring consistency and gathering of evidence to support the implementation of the action plans.
- Enhance and maintain a mechanism of governance for all administrative and operational processes for managing the vendor and operations of the area.
- Support with data analysis to identify opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency in the different line of business of the area.

- Last year student of Business Administration, Banking, Economy, Finance, Accounting, Data science, or related fields.
- Attention to details and high quality deliverables.
- Customer service values / orientation.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) both written and verbal (Desirable).
- Working knowledge and experience in computer programs such as Microsoft Office. (High Excel knowledge).
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to embrace change and to adapt to organizational challenges.
- Data management and reporting.
- Analytical and problem solving ability.
