- The major functions of the Change Coordinator I include: -Ensuring data integrity, release, and maintenance of product structures for assigned product lines including NPI and Sustaining designs. The review and audit of submitted designs and related documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency between databases as well as compliance with company and department policies and procedures. Tasks include, but are not limited to, the registration of release history, and the maintenance of product data management systems. Participates in internal and cross-functional Rapid Improvement and 6 Sigma Projects. Develops and contributes improvement ideas to continually improve the quality of change control and documentation management, as well as the simplification of associated business processes. Participates with system and process training for organizations impacted by Change Management.Minimum QualificationsBachelors Degree (new grad)Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skillsKnowledge of Product Data Management systems and change management processes including the release of drawings, parts, and documentsExperience using Microsoft suite programs including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, etc Ability to work independently with mínimal directionAbility to communicate with all levels of the organizationAbility to exercise discretion when balancing technical and business riskMust have the ability to interpret, and accurately communicate, the intent of all changesKnowledge of 6 Sigma, LEAN, AGILE or other process improvement methodologySpeak, Read and write in EnglishVisa is requiredAdditional preferred qualificationGood foundational understanding of design and manufacturing processesKnowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsGeneral Solar product and structure knowledgeWorking knowledge of ArbortextPast web design experience working with Dreamweaver and HTML
