**Job Title: Molding Technician**

**Location: Tijuana, Mexico**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines.
- Perform mold changes, troubleshooting, and adjustments as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on molding equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize molding processes.
- Train and mentor production staff on molding techniques and best practices.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Min 2+ years of experience in plastic injection molding.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating molding machines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel between San Diego, CA and Tijuana, Mexico sites.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per month
