**As a Cloud Security DevOps Engineer, you will**:
- You'll work closely with a team of DevOps Engineers to automate, build, and maintain the security tooling and policies.
- Follow and push our integrations and cloud functions / GitOps approach on GCP
- Collaborate transparently with a variety of internal stakeholders in the form of demos, presentations and documentation
- Additionally, you'll pair with engineers from various delivery teams to support multiple environments and work to improve code infrastructure, continuous testing and security
**What You'll Bring**
- You are skilled in using one or more programming languages (such Python) and have a solid experience in Linux
- You have experience setting up and administering serverless event driven environments (e.g. GCP Cloud Functions, AWS Lambdas, Azure Functions), preferably with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Have experience working on a public Hyperscaler (IBM Cloud GCP, Azure, AWS or Alicloud).
- You understand concepts of High Availability, Scalability, Security, and Disaster Recovery,
- You have a strong desire to change manual processes into automation.
- You enjoy administering security tools and helping lines of business leverage security tool insight and intelligence to harden their cloud landscapes.
- Above all, you'll be a strong team player and understand that we can only succeed as a distributed team. You'll have the drive to work collaboratively and independently.

- You have some cloud or security certifications.
**Meet your team**:
The GCS SRRC Hyperscaler Security Engineering team works on automating and administering Hyperscaler (IBM Cloud, WS, Azure, AliCloud and GCP) security solutions. We are a geographically dispersed team who provides security configuration compliance scanning across all SAP public cloud environments. Our solutions allow SAP lines of business to increase their security by giving them critical security controls based on SGS policy. We utilize a combination of cloud native security tooling, automation, and processes to identify configuration gaps and provide actionable steps to remediate them.
