Estamos buscando un(a) **Project Manager de Construcción** altamente organizado(a) y proactivo(a) para liderar la ejecución de proyectos de obra civil y/o edificación. Será responsable de coordinar todas las etapas del proyecto, garantizando el cumplimiento de tiempos, presupuestos, calidad y normas de seguridad.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Planificar, organizar y supervisar todas las fases del proyecto.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios: arquitectos, ingenieros, contratistas y proveedores.
- Controlar presupuesto, cronograma y cumplimiento de especificaciones técnicas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de construcción y seguridad.
- Comunicar avances y reportes a dirección y clientes.
- Gestionar contrataciones, licencias y relaciones con autoridades.

**Requisitos**:

- Titulación en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o carrera afín.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en gestión de obras.
- Conocimiento en normativas de construcción, presupuestos y control de obra.
- Manejo de herramientas como AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit o similares.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, resolución de problemas y comunicación efectiva.
- Indispesable disponibilidad de trabajar tiempo completo.
