Supervisar la operación de los Test Plot (manejo de personal y manejo agronómico) para que se lleven a cabo los programas de mejoramiento de fruta y asegurar el desarrollo de nuevas variedades.

**Responsibilities**:

- Realizar y supervisar los establecimientos de evaluaciones de planta y fruta
- Dar seguimiento a los programas de nutrición y riego de acuerdo a lo establecido al tipo de cultivo.
- Detección y monitoreo de plagas y enfermedades de los cultivos.
- Vigilar el cumplimiento de las reglas y recomendaciones de inocuidad y cumplimiento social
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias
- Asegurar el suministro de insumos agrícolas para la correcta operación del Test Plot
- Vigilar el correcto funcionamiento de maquinaria e implementos agrícolas.
- Asegurar las condiciones laborales establecidas por el departamento de recursos humanos.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura terminada: ingeniería agrícola, agronomía o afín
- Inglés intermedio
- Experiência en posiciones similares: 1-3 años
- Conocimientos: Manejo de cultivos, nutrición vegetal, manejo de plagas y enfermedades, Interpretación de Análisis de suelos,Manejo de sistemas de riego
- Experiência con manejo de gente: 1-2 años
- Licenccia de manejo vigente
