Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:

- Performing weekly and monthly analysis of financial results ensuring that our financial statements reflect the reality of our business;
- Delivering weekly reports to understand and monitor our business performance;
- Doing detailed analysis of expenses identifying efficiencies to improve results;
- Handling main operational metrics analysis to design and implement efficiencies in finance processes.

Role Qualifications:

- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, data science, or a related field.
- Experience: Relevant coursework or internships in business intelligence, finance, tech, or similar high-performance environments.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel; strong communication and stakeholder management; analytical problem-solving with strategic thinking; data-driven decision-making.
- Work Style: Adaptable and proactive, thriving in ambiguous environments; hands-on approach to experimenting and executing projects.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
