30% leading the strategy to grow with Foreign Americans and government market niches managing CAT efficiently. Visit brokers and agents if necessary and develop differentiated product offer.
- 30% Time in reviewing reinsurance market trends, CAT AAL models to find efficiencies at AAL outputs by improving data quality
- 20% Time in handle (quoting and binding) existing renewal business as well as grow new business and maintain those accounts throughout the term in accordance with Underwriting guidelines. Review new opportunities such as assumed reinsurance.
- 10% Preparing and sending group/programs referrals
- 10% Time preparing reports with main KPI´s to follow up and profitability, if necessary, take proactive underwriting actions in case of any loss deviations.

Profile Requirements:

- 5- 7 years underwriting Personal Property
- Knowledge in reinsurance and CAT models
- Knowledge in product development
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial or Economics
- English 80% (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
