**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Responsible for E2E operational execution and customer experience on data collection (CDM) and financial claims (FCM) areas.
- Lead tactical execution as the front line for partner and stakeholder inquiries and issue resolutions and reporting
- Deep functional expertise on process and capability features and market nuances
- Language based functional partner support
- Collaborates with operational team and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes and understand business/partner impact.
- Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects.
- Provides guidance and leadership to entry level employees.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
- Typically 4-6 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.
**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
- Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team
- Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
- Developed business acumen and understanding of accounting concepts.
