**Requirements**:

- Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
- Advanced English

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years in java and react
- Technical Skills: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JavaScript, NextJS, React, AWS, APIs, GitHub Actions
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in Java and frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot.
- Strong expertise in RESTful API design and backend systems.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of React, NextJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Handson experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Deep understanding of full stack design patterns and designing loosely coupled architecture
- Familiarity with backend systems integration and optimization.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Scrum is required
- Ability to work with a dynamic team in a collaborative way

**Job functions**:

- Design and optimize backend systems and APIs.
- Implement cloud based deployments using AWS
- Experience using DB technologies such as PostGreS
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to CI/CD best practices using GitHub Actions.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.
