And we DO celebrate, because if you don’t have fun along the way, then what’s the point? **What you'll bring** **Core Skills** - BS/MS in Computer Science or related area or equivalent experience - Sound knowledge of algorithms, design patterns and SOLID principles. - Experience with object oriented programming, preferably Java - Experience with Javascript (TypeScript is a plus) - Experience with DB knowledge - Familiarity with Agile Methodologies. **Team/Leadership Skills** - Team player possessing strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills - "Self-starter" attitude and the ability to make decisions independently - Strong mentoring skills. Able to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people - Ability to work with global teams across time zones - Comfortable with change.
