As an PURCHASING MARKETING MANAGER, you will understand the needs to propose the purchasing processes of goods and services using a Strategic Purchasing Methodology that complies with the Global Purchasing Policy and analyze/approve the strategies presented by your team.
This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Mexico and will report to Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage purchasing processes according to the criteria and guidelines required by internal users to ensure compliance with the Global Purchasing Policy and all internal policies impacted by this process.
- Manage strategic purchasing processes (SSP): Spending analysis, internal/external market analysis and cost drivers.
- Elaborate and present to the supervisor in important strategic processes for the business the supplier evaluation matrices that contemplate the important variables of each purchasing category, including organizational, financial, operational and commercial aspects.
- Attend and resolve with the team the conflicts between supplier and internal users related to the management of purchase orders.
- Monitor main measurements: (Savings, Payment Terms, Working Capital, Buyer Service Level).
**Qualifications**
- +7 years’ experience as Purchasing Manager with experience in Marketing area.
- English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization. (B1 CEFR)
- Knowledge of spend analysis and purchasing categories, strategic purchasing methodologies, and working capital savings and improvements.
- 5+ years of experience negotiating with suppliers.
- Experience managing work teams
