The WFO Reporting Analyst ensures that business leaders have clear, accurate, and actionable reporting. This role combines data pipeline development, automation, and analysis to deliver insights that drive operational and workforce decisions. The analyst will be part of the Workforce Optimization (WFO) team within our Customer Experience department and will work cross-functionally to turn raw data into meaningful insights that guide performance. This is a full-time, hourly, remote position. **Responsibilities** - Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure scalability and reliability. - Connect systems and integrate data via APIs. - Develop and automate reporting workflows using Python in cloud/virtual environments (e.g., Azure, Google Colab). - Maintain and validate accuracy of reports and dashboards. - Redesign reporting for clarity, visibility, and impact. - Build new reports and dashboards for KPIs, performance, and efficiency. - Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations that improve decision-making. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reporting meets business needs. - Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Some travel (
