**Responsabilites**:

- Processing employee payroll during each pay period: Weekly - Biweekly.
- Semimonthly Managing employee data using the ADP Payroll System Entering new employees as well as their terminations.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
- Monitoring hourly employee time and attendance
- Payroll administration, generating reports on a weekly basis.
- Preparing compensation, allowances, and bonuses
- Reporting on payroll expenses to Finance
- Posting all Food and Beverage (F&B) tips and balancing Month-end closing process for all payroll accruals
- After all payrolls have been processed, generating General Ledgers to upload into the financial system.

**Skills**:

- Word/excel/PowerPoint knowledge
- SUPER organized
- Able to deal with many responsibilities under pressure
- Flexible availability
- Adaptable: comfortable with last minute changes
- Fully Bilingual in English & Spanish (excluding)
- Great communication skills
- Profiency in U.S payroll procedures and regulations
