- ** Resumen del Puesto / Descripción**

  • Ser miembro proactivo en el área de Marketing buscando el crecimiento de marcas icónicas del portafolio de limpieza de SC Johnson en el Clúster Norte (Mexico, Centroamérica & Andino)

- ** Responsabilidades primarias**

  • Analizar información de mercado para entender los diferentes mercados del Clúster Norte y construir estrategias de marca que permitan crecer a la categoría.
  • Conocimiento del marco competitivo de la categoría para desarrollar planes de acción que nos permitan crecer participación de mercado y la preferencia de los consumidores vs otras marcas.
  • Apoyo en la realización del Plan de Marketing anual.
  • Colaboración en definición estrategias de precios y catálogo.
  • Manejo del Estado de Resultados (P&L) de una marca o categoría en función de buscar o mantener la rentabilidad del negocio y/o marcas.
  • Construir campañas de comunicación Digital, ATL & BTL.
  • Desarrollar estrategias de comunicación para crecer participación en los canales emergentes e E-Commerce.
  • Soporte en el desarrollo de nuevo productos, lanzamientos y relanzamientos de marca.
  • Mantener comunicación con el equipo global y asegurar que la estrategia global sea aplicable para nuestros mercados (Clúster Norte).
  • Construcción de presentaciones de marca para los equipos de ventas, briefs con agencias de medios y clientes internos y externos.

- ** Calificaciones**

  • Lic. en Marketing, Ing. Industrial, Administración. o afines.
  • 1 año mínimo de experiência en el rol de Marketing de preferencia en empresas de consumo masivo.
  • Manejo de Nielsen Answers y/o base de datos.
  • Dominio del idioma inglés.avanzado
  • Experiência desarrollando estrategias de comunicación incluyendo Digital.
  • Capacidad Análisis de información cuantitativa y hacer recomendaciones.
  • Comunicación Verbal efectiva. (habilidad para presentar)
