The intern will provide assistance within the Service Organization department interacting in the three areas: pre-sales, service delivery and professional services.

This internship is in Puebla, Mexico, and reports to our Service Delivery Manager in Mexico.

**Your areas of responsibility**:

- Assist with configuration tasks in Service Delivery
- Attend key meetings related to presales opportunities
- Support with internal reporting
- Follow up with open items from JIRA ticketing system
- Assist with inventory forecasting on key accounts
- Assist with meeting preparation
- Assist in the development of procedures when required
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs

**What we’re looking for**:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Power Bi and Excel mandatory
- An analytical mind
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- University student in a business-related field
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.
- A proven and proactive ‘Can Do’ person
- Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Energetic, self-motivated, with a strong propensity to succeed.
