The role

What are we looking for in a Project Manager?
Well in short you’re a rock star - not to mention a rock solid - PM who can tick the following boxes:
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of Project Management or marketing agency experience
- Experienced in establishing scopes, creating schedules, developing estimates, managing deliverables, and controlling risks and changes
- Strong budget management skills
- Comfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including off-shore
- Proficiency with Smartsheets and Basecamp, but confident learning new project management tools
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, consistently producing clear deliverables, reports, and presentations.
- Ability to multitask and execute quickly, maintaining a keen attention to detail and working well under pressure.
- Highly organized and a born problem solver with a relentless focus on the details.
- Strong work ethic and independence, with a high degree of motivation to learn and iterate.
Advantageous
- Experienced in establishing scopes, creating schedules, developing estimates, managing deliverables, and controlling risks and changes
