**Job Summary**:
The JD Edwards Finance Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, understanding client requirements, and configuring JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to meet the financial needs of the organization.
The consultant will work closely with the client to provide expertise in the implementation, customization, and optimization of JD Edwards finance modules.

**Responsibilities**:
**Requirements Gathering**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial business processes and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current financial systems and practices.

**Implementation and Configuration**:

- Configure JD Edwards Finance modules to align with client requirements.
- Lead the implementation of financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and other related modules.
- Customize and enhance financial workflows to improve efficiency.

**Integration**:

- Ensure seamless data flow between finance and other functional areas.

**Training and Support**:

- Provide training to end-users on the use of JD Edwards finance modules.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for finance-related issues.

**Testing**:

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial systems.
- Collaborate with clients to perform user acceptance testing.

**Documentation**:

- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Develop user guides and training materials.

**Stay Updated**:

- Stay informed about the latest updates and releases of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Continuously enhance expertise in JD Edwards finance modules.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring JD Edwards EnterpriseOne finance modules.
- Strong understanding of financial business processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant JD Edwards certifications are a plus.

**Experience**:
10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne finance modules.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
