Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Failure Analysis Engineer located in Guadalajara North Campus.

Reporting to the Test Engineer the failure analysis engineer role involves Responsible for Implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment.

What a typical day looks like.
- Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in design of methos of failure analysis, testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.
- Directs and coordinates the strategies for debugging the failure product of the testing process.
- Analyzes and interprets Failure’s data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.
- Trains and instructs floor support, debug technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, failures solutions as well as proper problem-solving techniques.
- Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
- Provide technical documentation and tools for diagnostic purpose.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor's degree or engineering degree.
- Experience as Failure Analysis in electronics manufacturing industry
- intermediate English
- Knowledge of CAD Software
- Basic to Intermediate English.
- Excel knowledge.
- Knowledge in power supplies.
