Key responsibilities for this role include:
Data Management: Responsible for managing the organization’s data, ensuring its quality, integrity, and availability for use in analytics.
Tools and Technology Assessment: Keep abreast of trends and advances in BI technologies, evaluating new tools and solutions that can benefit the organization, like ensuring the effective operation and maximization of the value of the CRM platform.
BI Infrastructure Development and Maintenance: The BI manager oversees the design, development, and implementation of the technology infrastructure necessary to support business intelligence operations, including databases, visualization tools, etc.
Responsible for administering incentive programs to motivate and reward performance.
Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to the organization's users on how to effectively use available BI tools and data.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Management, or related field- Proficiency in English and Spanish.- 5 years healthcare/pharmaceutical corporation (preferable).- You must have a solid technical knowledge of BI tools, databases, and related technologies.
