DESCRIPTION

Amazon is looking for a self-motivated and data-driven Marketing Manager to help develop and grow our Consumables business in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business, with specific focus on driving external traffic acquisition, social media engagement, and building long-term brand equity through influencer partnerships.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing and partnership strategies that drive both immediate performance and long-term brand equity
- Lead monthly performance analysis and reporting across marketing channels
- Build and scale influencer programs, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance management of creators
- Drive strategic marketing campaigns and seasonal events, integrating influencer content with broader marketing initiatives
- Spearhead conversion rate optimization initiatives with focus on repeat purchase behavior
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ads, Vendor Management, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with focus on influencer marketing, partnerships, or external traffic acquisition
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and conversion optimization
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Direct experience working with TikTok, Instagram or YouTube
- Deep familiarity with consumables categories and their unique marketing requirements
- Experience in e-commerce environments
