New company in Mexicali require a Process Engineer responsible for: - Managing multiple projects and collaborating with various departments;
- Manage and deliver assigned projects to agreed timing, budget, and quality standards;
- Work extensively with stakeholders and business process owners to coordinate end to end requirements;
- Coordinating activities of a project which may include individuals from multiple teams, departments and locations;
- Use project management methodologies and principles for all projcts and programs;
- Create a business case, including a cost benefit, when required.
Experiência y requisitos
- B.S. required in Operations, Management, Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related), or B.A. in Business Administration or related field. - 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer - Proven Leadership skills. Communication & Coaching skills are critical. - Experience in high volume manufacturing. Preferred experience in battery or electronic component manufacturing. - Extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing and 5S implementation. - Strong computer skills: MS Office and SAP. - Advanced English level - Visa available
