Experiência, mínimo de 3 años en puesto similar como director general, de Operaciones, Gerencia Regional, general o a fin. De preferencia de empresas de e-commerce, dropshipping, logística o distribución.
Manejo de P&L, métricas, conocimiento profundo de las dinámicas del mercado local y la legislación aplicable al comercio y la logística.
Conocimiento técnico: Manejo avanzado de sistemas ERP/WMS (ej. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos (ej. Excel avanzado, Tableau Power BI). Conocimientos en marketing digital y plataformas de e-commerce.
Actividades principales:
- Responsable de liderar, gestionar y desarrollar las operaciones de la empresa en el país, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, logísticos y de satisfacción del cliente.
- Garantizar el crecimiento sostenible del negocio, adaptando estrategias globales al contexto local, y coordinando eficientemente equipos interdisciplinarios.
